Have not tried yet, but from what I've read, in Word, two people CANNOT edit the same paragraph at the same time. Option 2: Built in collaboration with Office 2013. Problem is, at least one person, the document creator, must use a Microsoft Account, and the rest can either be guests but would preferably have Microsoft accounts as well. Can invite people and give edit permissions, view permissions, see LIVE EDIT changes, can both edit same part of document at once, seems great. Option 1:, which is web based Word, Excel, etc. I'm doing research today and seeing what options there are for Office Collaboration. So, I'm quite familiar with Office products as far as using them, but for collaboration I've really only used Google Docs in HS/College, not any Microsoft solution. Today it was brought to my attention that we should have a way setup for users to work collaboratively on documents(9 people were emailed a large multi page word doc with tables on each page, they all edited their section of it, then all sent it to one person, who had to combine this into a mess of a file with different formatting, etc.). So we have a mix of Office 20 where I work, no Office 365.
